āpannaḥ saṁsṛtiṁ ghorāṁ yannāma vivaśo gṛṇan |
tataḥ sadyo vimucyeta yad bibheti svayaṁ bhayam ||
śrīdharaḥ : tat-prabhāvam anuvarṇayantas tad-yaśaḥ śravaṇautsukyam āviṣkurvanti—āpanna iti tribhiḥ | saṁsṛtim āpannaḥ prāptaḥ | vivaśo’pi gṛṇan | tataḥ saṁsṛteḥ | atra hetuḥ—yad yato nāmno bhayam api svayaṁ bibheti ||14||
Translation
During narrating the glories of the supreme lord, the great sages expresses their eagerness to hear the glories of the lord in the following three verses.saṃsṛtimāpanna means one who is suffering in the cycle of birth and death.
bibaśohapi gṛṇan means even one utters the name of the lord hari when became helpless in the cycle of birth and death is liberated from this cycle.
Why it is so? Because even the fear became fearfull by the name of the supreme lord.
